    Measurement of the expressed recombinant hFVIII secreted in the cultured media of the transfected NS0 cells, by ELISA. The values are stated in ng.mL -1 . The concentration of rhFVIII in the culture media of treated NS0 cells with Mitomycin C (10 μg.mmL -1 - 2.5 hours), Lovastatin (20 μM-24 & 48 hours), and Metformin (20 mM-24 & 48 hours) after 48 h vs control (untreated-transfected NS0 cells). The error bar shows the standard deviation, and the results were obtained from 3 repetitions (Mean±SD). Statistically significant differences between groups using one-way ANOVA was accepted at p ≤ 0.05. ((ns) not significant, (*) p < 0.05, (**) p < 0.01, (***) p < 0.001 and (****) p < 0.0001).
